Breakout is not a feed and not a quote book. It is a protocol: a simple, repeatable daily practice with three parts. Speak your affirmations, hear the audio that anchors them, and repeat until the voice in your head changes.

A practice, by design

You do not think your way into a new mind. You speak it, you hear it, you repeat it. The Breakout protocol turns that idea into a routine you can run in about ten minutes a day. Three steps, in order, every day. No single step is magic. The results come from running all three, together, consistently.

Step one: Speak it

Pick an affirmation from the Feed, or write your own, and install it for 3, 7, 14, or 21 days. Then say it out loud. Breakout listens with on-device speech recognition and verifies every word, so the practice is active, not passive. An affirmation only counts when you actually say it. You can also turn on the front camera as a mirror and watch yourself say the words. This is the heart of spoken affirmations.

Step two: Hear it

After you speak, drop into the audio library. Choose the state you need and let frequency-tuned binaural audio carry the new thought deeper than words alone can reach. The order is deliberate: the cognitive work first, then the audio anchors the affirmation in the right state of mind before you move on with your day.

Step three: Repeat it

One session does not rewire anything. The protocol works because you run it again tomorrow, and the day after that. This is not just a motivational idea. It is how the brain works: it reorganizes itself in response to repeated, deliberate practice.
