> Breakout is a mental install app from Door 24 Technologies. A ~10-minute daily ritual combining spoken affirmations (verified by real-time speech recognition) with frequency-based audio to help users overwrite subconscious thought patterns. Available on iOS.

Breakout structures daily practice as a three-part protocol: **Install your rewrites** (speak each affirmation aloud while speech recognition verifies every word), **Shift your state** (frequency-tuned audio across Clarity, Focus, Relax, and Sleep), and **Repeat daily** (streaks, heatmaps, and a home-screen widget protect the cadence). The protocol is deliberately built to stack evidence-based psychological and neuroscientific mechanisms — Identity-Based Motivation, Self-Affirmation Theory, Cognitive Dissonance / Commitment, Generation + Production Effects, Self-Distancing, the Spacing Effect, and brainwave-informed audio — inside a single short ritual.
